About Me
Hello! I’m Mely Nguyen, RDH, BS — a licensed dental hygienist with over 14 years of diverse clinical experience in general dentistry, endodontics, private practice, and dental service organizations (DSOs). I’ve practiced in both Texas and Florida, bringing a well-rounded and adaptable approach to patient care.
I hold an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Valencia College and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus in Biomedical and Health Sciences, from the University of Central Florida. My academic background reflects a deep curiosity about the human body and a commitment to lifelong learning. I’ve continued taking science and health-related courses throughout my career to stay current with evolving healthcare knowledge.

Throughout my time in dentistry, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both fast-paced and personalized care settings, gaining a strong foundation in patient communication, periodontal therapy, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I’m especially passionate about improving access to quality care, particularly for the elderly and underserved communities.
In addition to clinical care, I’ve also led healthcare marketing campaigns for Botox training programs and Sensodyne—giving me valuable insight into how education and communication influence public engagement in dentistry.
